Bladerunner 20cm Sharpening Wet Stone

A 20cm silicone carbide wet stone in 120/320 grit.  A great value sharpening stone!

Instructions:

1. Before using immerse the stone in water for approximately 15 minutes.
2. Apply water during the sharpening process.
3. Start by using the coarse grit (120).
4. Move the blade back and forth over the stone at approximately a 20 degree angle by using gentle pressure.  Start at the tip of the blade, continue to the middle, and finish at the end of the blade until a small burr forms at the edge of the blade.  (Please alternate procedure on each side of the blade.)
5. Then move to the fine grit (320) of the stone and repeat the process until sufficiently sharp.
6. Please rinse the stone and clean off the grinding residues.  Also please rinse your knife before use. (Caution: Ensure stone is placed on a nonslip flat surface.)
