Description
The Tumut 7 Tie Wool Shed broom is made from a small-seeded grass called Millet. The millet strands are bound onto the Tasmanian oak handle using wire which achieves a nice finish by placing the straightest fibres on the outside. A cane centre is used for additional strength, making it ideal for outdoor use.
Tumet Brooms are handmade in the Tumet Broom Factory in Victoria, Australia and there quality is unsurpassed. The process is very time and labour intensive, using only millet which is hand graded for quality and length.
